Miracle Makers
The story of the Miracle League is best told by the many individuals and civic groups that have stepped up to help make this dream possible for these special needs children. Below are a few of the many stories of people who have worked so hard on behalf of the Miracle League of Southwestern Pennsylvania.

Mike and Brenna, freshmen at North Allegheny Intermediate High School, raised nearly $90 for the MLSWPA by selling raffle tickets for the hockey stick at Soergel Orchards in Wexford last December.
These members of Senior Girl Scouts of Western Pennsylvania Troop #727 of Cranberry, spent a day wrapping gifts during the 2007 Christmas holiday season at Barnes & Noble in Cranberry. The troop raised $70 and donated all proceeds to the Miracle League of Southwestern Pennsylvania. They are already planning to do the event again in 2008.
On May 17th, Allegheny Valley Baseball Association donated a portion of its Monte Carlo Night to the Miracle League of Southwestern Pennsylvania. Presenting a check for $500 were, from left, Jason Raker, former Cleveland Indians and Kansas City Royals pitcher, Kevin P.
